Through its engagement with MMAyA, the British Embassy in La Paz has identified gaps in target-setting capacity related to the agriculture sector. In this sense, this request for technical assistance seeks to enhance Bolivia's NDC plan by providing expert technical guidance on the use of the Ex-Ante Carbon-balance Tool (EX-ACT) to establish baselines and conduct modelling exercises for carbon targets in the agriculture sector.
