Skanska are currently preparing the scheme budget for National Highways, and wish to engage with the supply chain to support this budget pricing exercise. This pavement package includes batching and laying asphalt pavements (including sub-base) along the new 6.5km dual carriageway of the A46 Newark Bypass.
