The telephone platform supports United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust and Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation NHS Trust. An upgrade to hardware and software is required to ensure the current version of the platform is up to date and continues to be secure and supported by the manufacturer and is essential to avoid compatibility issues and preventing service disruption to the Authority and patients.
