The tender has been conducted through an aggregated exercise whereby numerous local authorities combined and amalgamated volumes. A further competition exercise has been undertaken through the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework. The contract is anticipated to commence on the 1 March 2025 for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be £677k per annum.
