Kirklees Council and Wakefield Council (the "Council") are jointly commissioning consultancy services from Suppliers appointed to Lot 4b of the Framework Agreement with relevant experience and ability for the Technology Enabled Care Diagnostic & TEC Development and Delivery Plan (the "Services") as detailed in the Further Competition documents.
