The Urban Greening project formed part of Town Investment Plan for West Bromwich that was submitted to MHCLG in Autumn 2020. Heads of Terms were agreed with SMBC in Spring 2021 and Full Business Cases are currently being prepared. The Urban Greening scheme will focus on West Bromwich Town Centre Green Public Realm improvements and a cultural programme is proposed to run alongside the Capital Development Works. The overall scheme consists of a number of components: - Public Realm upgrades - Princess Parade, West Bromwich - New green links along Bull Street, West Bromwich - Cultural Programme The organisation appointed will be required to design and lead the Cultural Programme.
