The need is underpinned by the contractual requirements of the The Children's Homes (England) Regulations Act of 2015. The Service Provider is expected to exceed the values and requirements of the act through innovative care and to be able to demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement through the internal quality assurance procedures for the service. The delivery of the service will be consistent with the Home's Statement of Purpose and in line with registration requirements. The proposed property is based in Harston, Cambridgeshire and is hereby known as the London Road property.
