The goal of the Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 is a multi-year, multi-donor-funded programme managed by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) in cooperation with the Government of Ukraine. As part of its project activities, the PFRU-2 is looking for a provider of staff management services. Please note the following important provisions of the tender: • the deadline for submission of proposals is August 04, 2025, 15:00 Kyiv time; • all questions regarding the terms and conditions of the tender must be submitted no later than July 25, 2025, 17:00 Kyiv time; • all communication regarding the tender shall be made exclusively in writing to ; • the PFRU-2 project is exempt from taxes, duties, and VAT of the partner country.
