## About this tender

Housing have a statutory duty to ensure all buildings they manage/occupy are cleaned to an acceptable standard and maintained. \\r

Churchill have been awarded to provide a daily cleaning service to council properties and communal areas in the Housing estate. In addition to daily clean they carry out periodic deep cleans, window cleaning and emergency cleans (24/7) for the Housing Estate.\\r

\\r

### The Housing Estate consists of cleaning in:\\r

• all the communal corridors, stairwells, entrances and bin stores (see more detail in tender document)\\r

• 450 Low rise building \\r

• 10 High rise buildings\\r

• 22 Sheltered accommodation buildings\\r

• Various temporary accommodation sites
