The Heritage Fund is looking to appoint a supplier to review the current approach to evaluations for projects funded through both our National Lottery Heritage Grants and through Grant in Aid. Our current approach and systems do not allow for learning to be easily extracted and collated. We want to explore creating a new approach to project evaluations that takes a more creative approach to understanding impact and learning with and from grantees; to better organise, extract, use, and share learning for applicants/grantees, ourselves, and the wider heritage sector. We also want to ensure that evaluations provide good value for money overall and individually.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
