The system should be able to track, record and generate detailed reports on ePEP's, attendance progress and attainment of individual children, any groups (e.g. young people at a particular school, young people of a certain age) over any specified time period and to compare these to the national averages for similar cohorts. The system and associated support service should have a proven track record of enabling local authorities to meet their statutory requirements relating to electronic Personal Education Plans, attainment and attendance tracking.
