VRF systems are well-suited for large spaces with varying climate control needs because they allow precise zoning and energy efficiency through refrigerant flow control. DX systems, on the other hand, are more appropriate for smaller, simpler areas as they cool air directly using refrigerant. We have a contracting opportunity for organisations to supply VRF units, DX units, fan coils, and controllers for Old Oak Common Station.
