As part of the Bloxwich Town Deal Programme, the Dudley Fields estate in the Bloxwich area of Walsall is to become the location of their NZN pilot programme. As part of the programme the Council wishes to procure services of a Supplier to install and maintain the monitoring equipment to monitor and measure the indoor air quality and energy usage for up to 50 dwellings (subject to resident uptake), and external air quality equipment in the NZN area for the works to commence in April 2025. The aim is to accurately record, analyse and present this data over a minimum 12-month period.
