To identify local health need, map community assets, and co-produce solutions. The services to be procured have been set out in sublots as shown in the table below: - Lot 1 Ai - Indian - Lot 1 Aii - Pakistani - Lot 1 Aiii - Bangladeshi - Lot 1 Bi - Somali - Lot 1 Ci - Polish - Lot 1 Cii - Romanian This will be achieved through a variety of methods, including: o Dissemination of Public Health key information through existing or new networks o Delivery of four focus groups per year o Delivery of one project to reduce health inequalities per year, co-created with the target community. o Delivery of four training sessions for health professionals on cultural intelligence o Produce annual summary reports. The contracts will be for 2 years commencing October 2024, with an option to extend for a further period of 1 year, subject to satisfactory performance and budgetary availability. Potential suppliers may apply for one / multiple sublots. Separate contracts will be awarded for sub lot.
