Following the conclusion of a competitive procurement process, a contract has been awarded to the successful supplier. During the final contract stage, it became necessary to substantially amend the standard form of contract previously issued during the tender process. The final agreement incorporates the supplier's own terms and conditions in place of the originally issued terms.
