The Project has an anticipated construction budget of £2,100,000.00 following successful NLHF & Historic England HAR funding approval and aims to be on site late-October 2025. Interested Contractors should be able to clearly demonstrate their ability to form a cohesive working relationship with the client, design team and adopt an open book form of accounting. All expressions of interest should be made by email and received on or before Friday 15th August 2025 and sent to Ben Moore \[\]. A prequalification questionnaire will then be issued with a response required within ten working days (Friday 29th August).
