The new lift will be installed within an existing enclosure which will require an element of replastering and decoration (a provisional sum is included in the Work Schedules - Quotation Breakdown to cover these works, the exact scope will be agreed on site). The new lift will be connected to schools existing fire alarm, a further provisional sum is included to cover these works. The original lift was installed and has been serviced by Gartec.
