In November 2022 the decision was made to release 5.1ha of the site for residential development, whilst the remainder of the site will remain in Council ownership for the development a replacement Causeway Green Primary school (approx. 2.6ha), and the development of a public park. The Council is seeking to appoint a land agent and associated professionals to advise and assist the Council in procuring a developer for the housing site, the negotiation of the disposal agreement, and potential support that may be required as the development progresses. ### Contract Period The duration of this project will be decided based upon the advice of the tenderer and a programme scope and timeframe should be submitted as part of the supporting evidence to this response. The Council anticipates that this commission should be completed within 9 - 12 months. ### Value of the Contract The value of the contract is expected to be up to £110,000. This is the maximum fixed fee threshold for the project, and it is inclusive of project management, any supporting material (plans/documents/literature/data room access) required to undertake consultation events/marketing carried out by the consultant team to deliver the project.
