This is a VEAT notice for a contract is to procure a cleaning contractor, over a period of 3 years, for the new Cavendish Building. The requirement to deliver significant local benefit has been assessed and can be best met by the supplier. The supplier is a Derby based Social enterprise, wholly owned by a Derbyshire charity, with a high positive social value & CSR impact, creating meaningful employment for refugees (paying the Real Living Wage), within the immediate locality of the building (with 90% of staff located within walking distance of the building).
