This will ensure a smooth transition with no conflicts or inconsistencies on 31 March 2028 when the second generation Eurocodes are implemented. There is a need for support for National Highways Structures Group to undertake a review of the Second Generation Eurocodes and advice on the changes that may be required for the UK National Annexes. It is expected that this will include liaising with the external consultant/colleagues on various UK Standards committees.
