NOE.0626 for the Provision of Total Waste Management Services III. This encompasses the collection, segregation, recycling, treatment, transportation and final disposal of domestic, general waste, hazardous (non-healthcare waste) and miscellaneous waste as per best practice guidelines set out in HTM 07-01 management and disposal of healthcare waste. The contractor will monitor healthcare, domestic, general, hazardous (non-healthcare) waste streams from collection to final disposal. Healthcare Waste (includes infectious clinical waste; hazardous waste; offensive/hygiene waste and wastes that are dangerous for carriage). Hazardous non-healthcare waste refers to hazardous items that fall within the Hazardous Waste Regulations and the European Waste Catalogue. This is also for the provision of a Domestic and General waste collection and treatment/disposal service.
