We are committed to ensuring our HR policies align with best practices in the public sector while maintaining compliance with current legislation. ### What We Are Looking For WLWA is seeking an experienced consultant to conduct an independent review of 23 updated HR policies to provide assurance on: ### Compliance with employment legislation Alignment with NJC terms and conditions for local government employees ### Governance frameworks applicable to local authorities Gap analysis to identify policy coverage and implementation risks Best practice recommendations to enhance policy effectiveness This low-value contract is expected to be completed within one month of the award, with work structured into three batches of policy reviews. Who Should Express Interest?
