The Design & Build Framework is for larger scale projects, mainly but not exclusively related to Education Buildings, and ends in November 2025. The Minor Works framework covers smaller requirements up to approx. £1m in value for Fabric and £500k for Mechanical & Electrical requirements, and ends in April 2026. The Authority is keen to understand views from the market as to the best vehicle for delivering our anticipated pipeline of work from April 2026, and requests interested parties to access the attached document, complete it and return it to .
