These works include various installation works, responsive repairs works, maintenance works and new build works, predominantly to social housing, private domestic properties, public sector and commercial buildings but may extend to other property types that are owned or managed by ENP members/licensees. Whilst the DPS would be UK wide, Contractors will be able to select particular regions that they operate in.
