The Works are required to secure the existing sports provision and prevent damage from wildlife. \\r The anticipated commencement date for the specialist fencing Works is week commencing 31 March 2025 and the Works are envisaged to take 6-8 weeks. Prior to tendering, Suppliers should ensure that they have capacity to commence and deliver the Works in these timescales. \\r The Works will be subject to a 12-month defects period following Practical Completion. The Supplier will be required to make good any materials of workmanship which are defective or not in accordance with the Contract.\\r Additional information: The opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system.
