This is to ensure all Council, and Housing Revenue Account (HRA) property and land assets are valued in accordance with the RICS red book as required, in order to aid decision making and to enable us to demonstrate best consideration as appropriate. This includes a mixture of operational properties, investment properties, such as shops, offices, HRA and Non HRA Housing land, municipal shops and industrial estates. These valuations are associated to the Councils Asset Disposals Programme (ADP) which is a priority of the Councils Improvement Recovery Plan (IRP)), plus the Housing / HRA Business Plan priorities.
