Customer provided with service inspection report. • Parts not included in the contact and will be invoiced separately • Labour and travelling expenses per call out included either from ForenteQ or outsourced to the manufacturer Attestor Forensics GmbH (if required) • Call out defined as one specfic reported issue regardless of number of visited required to fix the issue. • Includes IS017025 traceable calibration of MEGAfume and MOBIfume systems carried out at the same time as the PM visit.
