The call-off contract has been awarded to Operational Research in Health Limited for 15 months, with options to extend for 3 x 12-months optional extensions up to 19/01/2030. Total Award Value includes optional extension (excluding VAT) The Procurement Act guidance (Guidance: transitional and saving arrangements (HTML) - GOV.UK) states that any contracts awarded through a framework agreement under the previous legislation will continue to be managed in accordance with that legislation.
