To support them through the complaints and representations process and to help them to participate in decision making and other processes that affects their lives. \\r \\r In addition to the above, the contract shall provide, an Independent Visitor scheme to children in care and independent return conversations for children missing from care. \\r Additional information: The estimated value set out in this contract notice is the total value for the initial term and the possible extension option(s). The contract start and end date listed in this contract notice is for the full potential duration of the contract including possible extension option(s).
