The contract is let on a JCT measured term basis with a 3 year fixed term with 2 x 1 year extension options. There is no volume or workflow guarantee but indicatively it is anticipated that orders for works between £0.01 & £737337.03 per annum split between two contractors as per the ITT will be issued under this contract.
