This is an aggregated procurement. Aggregations bring together Buyers with the same core requirement (postal services) to procure these through a single procurement process. Rotherham Borough Council (RMBC) wishes to appoint a contractor that will meet the needs of the authority for the day-to-day business mail with efficient and reliable delivery/collection services.
