The anticipated contract commencement date is 3rd February 2025 and the end date will be the end of the defects liability period, anticipated to be February 2027 inline with the defects liability period. The strategy for the building is to undergo refurbishment, subject to planning consent. Once the renovation is completed, it will contain a mix of larger and smaller units with the intention to maximise the number of family-sized units.
