The system must seamlessly integrate with our Microsoft files, enable organisation wide communications, and ensure an engaging, interactive experience for colleagues. The platform must be customisable so that we can showcase our employer brand to its full potential, must be intuitive and easy to use so that colleagues can self-serve and embrace all the features available, and securely protect our data and information.
