The works will be carried out using lime mortar to ensure compliance with conservation requirements. Project Details: • Location: Kingston upon Thames • Wall Dimensions: Approx. 120 metres long, 3.5 metres high, 300mm wide • Materials: Traditional lime mortar and methods in line with heritage requirements • Scope of Work: Careful dismantling in some sections, conservation-led rebuilding, and all associated site works Contractor Requirements: • Must be Construction Line Gold accredited • All operatives must be willing to obtain BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) security clearance, which will require providing DBS clearance certificate less than six months old on contract award • Proven experience in heritage/conservation masonry works, particularly on listed structures Interested contractors should submit an Expression of Interest with details of relevant experience, accreditation, and availability.
