The initial stage will be governed by the JCT Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA), under which the successful contractor will work collaboratively with the client and design team to develop the design, programme, cost plan, Building Safety Regulator Application and any other activities required to progress to the construction phase. Upon satisfactory completion of the pre-construction phase, and subject to agreement on key deliverables including cost, programme, and risk allocation, the contractor will be appointed under a JCT Design and Build Contract to deliver the construction phase of the project. The estimated value of the works is in the region of £6,000,000.00, inclusive of all design works. Please refer to the ITT (Within Appendix C.Contract Docs of the tender zip file) for further details of this tender.
