A single supplier was sought to undertake Condition Survey Services for: External checks, Internal checks, full HHSRS assessments, general external and internal structure surveys of blocks of flats, maisonettes and communal areas, individual asset appraisals with a recommendation to either retain, refurbish or dispose. All tasks require a high level of resident engagement and a good knowledge of the local area. A further competition process was undertaken with 3 suppliers utilising Lot 1 (Total estate management) of the Estate Management Framework (RM6168) with Crown Commercial Services (CCS) based on 40% quality and 60% price.
