To date, the project team has developed a wireframe of the new guidance, outlining its structure and key content areas. Additionally, extensive stakeholder feedback has been gathered to inform the final version. ### Request for Professional Services We now require Legal Professional Services support to transform the wireframe into comprehensive, actionable guidance with exemplar IP agreements, and exemplar IP policy statements. The key deliverables include: Development of Full IP Guidance for NHS Organisations ### Reviewing the draft IP guidance already created Reviewing existing case studies, IP policy examples, and exemplar agreements from across the NHS Turning the draft IP guidance into a complete guidance document by: - Developing best practice examples to illustrate key principles. Creating IP exemplar agreements (e.g., NDAs, opt-out agreements, MOUs, collaboration agreements, joint IP agreements). Designing diagrams and visual tools to showcase innovation pathways incorporating IP.
