This maintenance agreement will include warranty on all parts (including X-ray tube), labour, emergency in-person call outs, travel expenses, unlimited visits (including 1 yearly preventive maintenance visit) and software updates. This maintenance agreement is required to comply with standard operation procedures to ensure participant and researcher safety from ionising radiation when operating the Lunar IDXA.
