The system will need to support contact and account management, programmes and grants administration, event and conference management, advocacy and communications, reporting and analytics, and integrate effectively with office productivity and digital marketing tools. Suppliers are asked to propose a suitable software solution, outline their implementation approach (including project management, data migration, training, and risk management), provide licensing and support models, and supply details of relevant experience, staff, references, and indicative costs. Please note that the budget figure given in the notice is a lower limit, and we have not indicated a higher limit. However we will consider Value for Money as a key shortlisting criteria. Responses must be submitted in Word and PDF format to by 09:00 on 29 September 2025.
