Replacement of machinery at the lift machine room.\\r - Replacement of lift control panel on top of the lift car or integral to the architrave of the landing door at the top-most landing floor.\\r vi. Replacement of all lighting in the lift car, lift shaft and sundry power for lift maintenance.\\r vii. Replacement of two-way intercom between lift car and the reception/management office/duty manager office.\\r viii. Replacement or new hardware/control interface with existing fire alarm system.\\r ix.
