The courses shall be suitable for use as a condition of a community resolution or conditional caution and the new community caution and diversionary caution when 2-Tier+ is in place in 2025. A range of online rehabilitative courses are required that are designed to educate offenders - primarily males over the age of 25 - and help them address the cause of their offending behaviour and prevent further offending. The service delivery model shall be based on the existing 'what works' processes that have been in place for some time in both forces. Whilst the courses are predominantly required for males over the age of 25 to attend there may be a requirement for courses for females over the age of 25 to also attend. Courses shall be 'offender pays' meaning that the course is self-funding and paid for directly by the offender to the provider. There shall be no additional cost to the forces. Full information can be located in the specification within the Invitation to tender document on eTenderWales. This process shall be undertaken in accordance with the Light Touch regime. NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process Read full description ## CPV classification Justice services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/5362aec9-8176-4cff-bac8-ce05e393fb6e) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
