The requirement is for a range of energy efficiency measure installations meeting PAS 2035:2023 accreditation and we expect all aspects to be managed in house or sub-contracted by the appointed contractor. This further competition has been issued to all eligible suppliers under Lot 3 - Renewal Heating Systems - Servicing, Maintenance, Repairs and Installation of the EEM Heating & Hot Water Systems Framework, reference EEM0026. The anticipated commencement date is August 2025.
