The commission's primary aim is to identify, shortlist, and prioritise key intervention sites aligned with the city's regeneration vision. These sites will serve as focal points for joint efforts between Homes England and NCC to develop a strategic pipeline for Nottingham. Through a combination of desktop analysis and soft market testing, the commission will:\\r
