The Council's Strategic External Workforce team oversee this activity and are leading on the delivery of a new workforce strategy for the local independent care sector workforce. As part of the delivery plan, we are initiating a project to commission the design of a comprehensive Registered Manager Development Programme (RMDP). The quality vs cost evaluation is attached with 80% focused on quality and 20% focused on cost.
