To accelerate delivery, Homes England is seeking to create a framework to provide integrated power and water utility and services solutions to directly support the Agency's pipeline of residential led development and regeneration projects, led by an Independent Distribution Network Operator (IDNO). The value stated in this notice is based on the value we would expect to spend with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) during the framework period. The type of procedure for procurement has not yet been finalised. It is also not known at this stage whether the framework will be divided into lots.
