This includes the production of canvass forms (CF), Canvass Communication A forms (CCA), Canvass Communication B forms (CCB) and Invitation to Register forms (ITR) and reminder forms as well as the production of associated mailing and reply paid envelopes. Postage costs associated with mailing out the forms to each household is also required.
