Curo is a registered provider of social housing and as such the successful contractor shall have experience of working with social housing clients, in addition to having robust knowledge of the TSM requirements under the Transparency, Influence and Associability Standard. This contract shall be let on an initial term of two (2) years with an optional one (1) year extension. \------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Curo is tendering for the provision of the above requirement. The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given in the box below entitled - Date documents can be requested until.
