Scope of Requirement: The project comprises the refurbishment of teaching spaces throughout six buildings across the University of Sheffield campus: Alfred Denny Building, Bartolome House, Dental School, The Diamond, Hicks Building and Sheffield University Management School. The proposed works include (but are not limited to) the following: • Internal Refurbishment at Alfred Denny including renewal of finishes to include replacement floor coverings, redecoration and ceiling alterations. • Lighting replacement at Alfred Denny. • Reconfiguration of heating systems / radiators at Bartolome House. • Installation of fixtures such as free-issue brackets, relocated whiteboards. • Small power and data alterations / improvements to support AV upgrades. • Provision of access equipment to support AV installs by UoS AV department.
