This included Regulation 151 Blind Spot Information Systems (BSIS) to detect cyclists and Regulation 159 on Moving Off Information Systems (MOIS). These systems are designed to detect a cyclist or VRUs alongside and in front of an HGV respectively, who might otherwise be missed when the driver is checking using mirrors or camera monitor systems (CMS) or through direct vision. ## CPV classification Road transport services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/3ce2a4b7-c1de-4ee0-a4e6-fac3a327530b) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
