We are hoping to engage with providers who support individuals with complex care and support needs, to discuss progression and the idea of step-through residential care. Whilst the day will include some presentations, there will also be networking opportunities and the opportunity to have a 1 :1 discussion with our Senior Leadership Team and Commissioners. Due to limited spaces, we kindly ask you to complete this form to register your interest in attending the event by Monday the 3rd of March 2025.
